Stockport Expert Patient Support Group

This group meets every  month to offer people who have completed the programme continued support, friendship and activities and to hear any health related speakers that they request.

For example the group have heard presentations from complementary therapists and a pharmacist.

Consideration is being given of how to support people better who have severe and enduring pain.

 An Annual Christmas party is held in December and the group are considering other social events during 2008.
