The Expert Patients’ Programme (EPP) is a programme that supports people to manage their long –term health problems on a day- to- day basis.

There are very many long – term (chronic) illnesses like Diabetes, Arthritis, ME, Fibromyalgia, Heart Disease, COPD, Syringomyelia, to name but a few.

 Whatever your disease  this programme offers you the opportunity to learn many different ways to manage your health care better and improve your quality of life.
